Includes: Accommodation, food, 6hrs of group sessions and 2 x 45min private sessions.
Spend three days discovering the roots of Chinese Martial Arts in a peaceful bamboo forest surrounded by ancient mountains. Learn basic and advanced skills in Wing Chun Kuen and Shaolin Yijin Jing from a Master teacher.
Accommodation: Stay in Purple Ridge Lodge our biggest house which sleeps up to eighteen. This villa has a large open dining and lounge area on the first floor and an open terrace perfect for a group get-away. The bedrooms are divided into six separate rooms with two to six beds per bedroom.
Location: naked Retreats is an eco boutique hotel located in the Moganshan mountains. The bungalows and studios are operated in an environmentally friendly manner. Set in peaceful bamboo forests you can breathe fresh air and release your city stresses.

Dr. Ansgar Gerstner
Ansgar holds a doctorate in Chinese Studies. His doctoral dissertation was on the Tao Te Ching. He is a martial arts instructor since 1989 (Wing Chun). Ansgar has also taught Chinese philosophy and martial arts at universities in Germany and Austria. In the mid-nineties he became increasingly aware of the inspiration Taoist philosophy and Chinese martial arts strategies can provide in regard to management and leadership issues. The essential ideas are described in his new book, The Tao of Business, published last summer by Earnshaw Books in Hong Kong (http://www.earnshawbooks.com).
Transportation
naked Retreats is able to arrange transport for the participating guests. A bus from Shanghai directly to naked Retreats can be arranged when a minimum of 10pax sign up for the transportation leaving on Friday afternoon. The price for a roundtrip will be +/- 350 a person.
Alternatively naked Retreats can arrange train tickets (RMB 64) and a pick-up from the Hangzhou train station (RMB 250 per car).
