Job description:
Design and deliver Customer Service training according to clients’ requirements (North American Standards)
Provide individual “on demand” and group English training to Customer Service Representatives
Provide training to correct Chinese English speakers’ common problems- “Chinglish”
Evaluate and monitor calls and provide solution
Work Location: Shanghai, Pudong
